OUR MISSION:
ADS Design Services has the greatest commitment to our clients. This enables an
excellent and quality experience throughout the design and construction process, and
helps insure our long term design relationships. We have provided this superior level
of service for 20 years. Our focus is to continue to provide unsurpassed innovative
solutions throughout all of Southern California. We have experienced continued
growth as we continue to implement state of the art drawing capabilities to serve our
wide base of existing and future clients. This includes Autocad drawing software with
3D capability and digital renderings.

OUR BACKGROUND:
ADS Design Services was founded in 1994 by Greg Niemczyk. He received his formal
education from Kansas State University earning a BA degree in Interior Architecture
and Environmental Design. He also worked for Architectural firms in St. Louis and
completed his internship in Kansas City, Missouri.

In 1982, Greg began his career in downtown Los Angeles. His initial employment
was the Director of Design for CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (formerly Coldwell Banker
Commercial Real Estate Services). Leading a Facilities department design staff, he
coordinated Space Planning and Construction Drawings for the nations largest
Commercial real estate company.

After 6 years at CB Richard Ellis, he was recruited to work with Joe Hooper &
Associates, one of the top Architecture and Planning firms in Los Angeles. While a
Project Manager for JHA for another 6 years, Greg developed and nurtured multi-client
relationships with companies as LaSalle Partners, TCW Realty Advisors, JMB
Properties, Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate. Today ADS maintains a great
client relationship with his former employee CB Richard Ellis, Inc.

ADS and their team of designers, engineers, and consultants continue to grow.
